Returns Due to Change of Mind
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our support email with a clear photo or video of the issue.
- Once verified, we will send you a free replacement or process a full refund without requiring you to return the damaged item.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of purchase directly from your order confirmation screen.
- After 15 minutes, your order enters processing with our fulfillment team and cannot be canceled. In this case, it must be received and processed as a standard return
